Sometimes it happens that , parents , without judging the maturity lever of their child , send them abroad for higher studies, and aftewards when child couldnt copeup properly , they regret on their decision. So what should be the way out to this problem???

I would ask the child if it is they want to study abroad. Then I'll ask if they think they could handle being alone in a foreign place without their parents nearby. Then I would chek their financial responsibility (how they budget their allowances) and if they qualify, they might be ready to go. I would start the qualifying process early like Sophomore year. So that the child would have enough time to prepare for the transition. Most parents just ship out their kids as they are parcels. I believe proper preparation and leaving it to the choice of the child is crucial for the child to be ready for higher learning abroad.
