How often do you visit a doctor?

I have notice one point, People are being their doctor themself. Taking doses to treat their illness. Do you visit you doctor for rutine checkup?

that is true that we prefer to cure our selves firstlty than directly go to doctor. people will go doctor if they feel their illness being worst than before. and me, i also do the same thing and not check up routine :)

That's fine. Beware of the side effects of chemicals used in the medicine.

I dont regularly visit doctor. I would only visit them if I am very ill. Usually I take over-the-counter medicines if I have head aches and cough.
