Or maybe atleast made a cup of tea?
Now, that would be a reeeally sweet thing to do.
Most men i've known hardly know to fry an egg (or maybe they didnt want to let me know that they do, hehe).

I had a Russian boyfriend for 4 years. The first time I invited him to dinner I made him home made chicken Kiev. The next date he came over with ingredients to make a Russian beef soup with home made dumplings. We worked together in my kitchen rolling dough and had flour on our faces. That's the day I feel for him. In the mornings he often got up and made these great omelets with peppers, onions, mushrooms and lots of cheese. I used to make him dinners that I created myself. Then he fell in love with one dish I made him. So he would show up at my house with all the ingredients for it and help me make it. I loved it. It's rare to have a guy that cooks and wants to cook with you. Too bad he turned out to be a donkey butt.

My husband is the chef in the family. He would even cook for me before we got married. (Thank God, cuz at the time, I was the one that could barely fry an egg! LOL)

I have made my g/f breakfast in bed a few times plus we share the cooking year-round.
Whenever we get up from our chairs,we always ask the other if they want anything.

My husband has made me a meal here and there since we've been together now going on 9 years. He makes me coffee on the weekends sometimes when I'm still in bed but I don't ever expect him to do it. I sure appreciate it though, lol!

my husband cooks for me almost every night. He's the king of dinner! I do all the baking in the house, and I make him lunch every day. But I married a good cook! And glad I did!

I guess I should be embarrassed to admit that in my relationships the man in my life has done most of the cooking for me!
My husband was a trained chef, so I guess that made sense. He loved being in the kitchen and creating new concoctions and I was just as happy to let him have at it.
The downside is, when he and I divorced I realized I was somewhat spoiled and actually knew very little about finding my way around a kitchen. We had married young and that was just always the way it was. It kind of makes you feel silly to find yourself a woman in your 30's who can't do much beyond the basics of cooking, and to realize that sometimes you aren't even very good at those!
My boyfriend now has specialities that he makes which are wonderful - breakfast omelettes, homemade spaghetti sauce, hot wings and chili to name a few. I love it when he cooks for me. And he's not picky, so my efforts to play around in the kitchen don't go unappreciated either. I also love when we cook in tandem - I hate handling raw meat so for a lot of meals he'll prepare the main dish and I'll do all the sides and salad. To me that's as much fun as when he cooks for me.

Mine has, and he has no problem at all with it. Normally I do the cooking, but if I ask him to he does it. He almost always cooks our steaks and grilling in the summer. Hes pretty good :)
