I'm a normal 20 yr old university student. But I am a bit overweight. Not fat, but yes, I do have a tummy. Otherwise I am quite fit. Play cricket or volleyballfor 2-3 hours a day, and walk for atleast 4-5 Km per day. Inspite of these, I am not able to reduce weight nor my tummy. Maybe because I love eating sweets and fried foods. It's because of this that I feel a bit out of place, particularly in front of girls. I desperately want to shed my excess weight. But I'm confused whether to increase my dose of excersise further or to reduce my eating habbits and go on a diet. Please help. I really need it.

hi arpit5nov! Welcome to myLot!
The best thing to reduce weight is to manage your eating habits and lessen the sweets and oil on it at the same time do a regular excercise for around 30 t0 45 minutes or more. If you want you can try some tea for better waste elimination.
On weekends engage yourself on a sport like tennis, badminton and swimming these sport made your whole body move.
Most of all keep your motives and your desire to keep fit this will help you achieve your ideal weight.
Goodluck I'm hoping the best for you.
