You don't need to join a gym to get fit but it would be good if you could. They will assess your health and fitness before you start a program and they can tell what you need to do to get your goal.

get the gym, you could also take a running at the gym, but if you're not overweight don't playing cadio too much (like running, cycling, etc) this type of exercise will burn much of your calories and make you more thin, if you pretty fat, than cardio is necesarry for you.

going to the gym works better for my lifestyle. I dont like jogging because it bores me to have repetitive movements. I usually do classes which involves different activities. I do body combat, dance classes, etc. Definitely works and also removes everyday stress! The added bonus you get to meet new friends and you become more healthy!

I have lost weight by goign to the gym for 5 days a week for 3 horus everyday, but I got so burned out with it that I lessend my gym hours till I stopped, and I gained back my weight. Jogging is a lot stress-free so I suggest you do a combination of both. Remember, gym is a vocation, once you go in, you can never get out :)

if you want to lose weight maybe jogging is better choice, but if you want to build muscles gym will be better. It depends in which body parts you hawe superflous weight. If it is stomach part yogging will be good, in gym you can loss weight from other parts and build muscle.

ya Going to GYM will help a lot to keep oneseflf fit
also helps in shaping your body.
jogging is also a good exerscise but gym will help a lot
than jogging...

i think you should join a gym as it is good to keep your body fit.. there are many advantages in joining a gym.. u can reduce weight if you are over weight and you can put on weight if you are weak.. you can build your body muscles.. u can tighten your body muscles all this is not possible by jogging alone
