Do you listen to classical or instrumental music during the day?

I am love to listen to music and the type of music varies depending on my mood. Most of the time though, while I'm at home, I like to have soft classical or instrumental playing. It helps keep me from stressing. I have a friend that always has the classical station on in his house and there is always a welcoming feel when you walk in the door.
How bout you...do you listen to peaceful music in your home?

I am just like you are. I love music and I enjoy good classical music as well as other kinds depending on my mood. I do not like elevator music..Boring! Hallmark has some great classical music and i have invested in several of their CDS. It is so relaxing.

Hello independent_inAK. I do like to listen to classical music. It helps me relax and be at peace with myself. I listen to classical music when I feel stressed and before going to bed. It helps me sleep better.

Yes, I listen to music most of the day, just a nice habit when at home, and don't bother with tv anymore. My favourite would be Dvorak's "Cypresses" and "Bagatelles", very charming music! Since I've played amateur violin I'm usually more interested in pieces for violin, so any of the quartets, trios, and violin concertos are "my cup of tea". ;- )
