What's better: Instant Messaging or Mylot?

Definitely mylot- because you can talk in-depth and anonymously!

Well, I think they are completely different, at least for me... I use IM programs to talk to my close or online friends about daily situations or something. As for myLot I think it's great to discuss some topics that we normally don't talk about every time.

will mylot is best for posting but if you wanted to chat with someone instant messageing is good for that

I like both, because they are both a little different. Instant messaging is instant responses, whereas MyLot isn't instant but it basically is, because the community is so big. Both are great!
