We already used our one month advanced and one month deposit to our rented house but when the day comes that our used advanced and deposit is expired we didn't yet moved out our things and the landlady told us that we must move it out because someone is moving in and the landlady told us that if they will move our things out forcely they will do it. I want to know what is our legal grounds as an renting tenants legally?

Well, if your lease is up and you were told when to get out...then you have to get out.

first, do you have any written document regarding the terms of your rent? if you none, then you rely on what you agreed about regarding moving out. what did you agree on? should you automatically move out even without notice?
by law, they cannot just take you out forcefully. you can file a case against them if they do so. but then, the more important question is, what good would that bring? you admit that you are unable to pay rent anymore and have even used up the deposit and advance payments. legally speaking, you have a losing case in trying to keep the place. you could, however, as mentioned, ask for more time to gather your stuff and move out voluntarily.

the land lady is right. sad to say you should leave at once. when the time you use your advance and deposit that time is the time for you to look for other place to live.

Actually you have to move out, or just pay if you dont wanna move out coz if you dont, You`ll be the one who`ll get sued.
