I guess since I like cats I would rather choose karupin the cat of ryoma echizen in the prince of tennis.

Kuroneko in Trigun, although technically he's not anyone's pet in that series. he's like a mascot of sorts for the show because he's in every episode

My favorite anime pet would probably have to be Inuki from X. The dog can turn himself into a ray beam and shoot himself at people. He is also a very loyal dog. He's also absolutely adorable =)

My favorite was Doraemon. If I'm not mistaken Doraemon was a robotic cat. He's the coolest pet ever. You can get all that you want if you have a pet like him. I also like Luna, sailormoon's cat.

Haha..i love Tonton (from Naruto too)!! She's cute and only Tsunade and Shizune understand what she's saying. And i love Kon on Bleach, though he's not really a pet!

Pet.. Pet.. Hmm.. Can I choose Chii from Chobits? Hehe.. I'd love to have her as a companion, not a pet. =D
But if you really want it to be pets. I think I'd go for Mukuru of Utawarerumono. =)
