I've had alot of issues with my exhusbands current girlfriend. First of all I should tell you I have two children from this marriage. Throughout thier relationship, she has blocked his phone so I cannot reach him. She has refused to let him speak to me, when I do get through. She has told me that my children are not welcome in their home. And the most recent thing is that she has answered my ex's emails that I have written when I was unable to get ahold of him regarding the kids. If I leave a message for him on his machine she calls me back, and wants to know what its about. She constantly accuses my 13 year old daughter of being a liar, and recently told me that "me and my daughter could both "--ck off". So what I have done recently is applied through my lawyer to the courts to have his visitation restricted so that she cannot be present when the kids are with him. I do have full custody, and he has visitation for 2 weekends out of 8. What I want to know is if anyone has had a similar experience and was successful going through the courts. I just started the process, through my lawyer, but I would like to hear disscussion on other peoples experience with similar situations. Thanks for your help!!
