Can't we log in in E-gold if we don't have cash in it?

yes you can even you don't have cash on it, just remember you passphrase is very sensitive if you write it in registration example: MOneY you have to write it MOneY not money or MONEY or moNeY. also you have to write verification images correctly. if you sure your passpharase is right you can contact egold to send your new passphrase.

you can try it again, but you must contact the admin first.

I have problem with my egold account too. I created my egold account on 17/12/2007 and managed to have my earnings from Mylot credited into my egold account. But all of a sudden, I am unable to log into my egold account even if I have tried both my passphase. I then email egold on the 3/1/2007 requesting a temporary passphase,they replied on 4/1/2007 saying that they failed to contact me via my house phone number and requesting for reconfirmation of my postal address for purpose of sending me the temporary passphase. on 5/1/2007 egold informed me that a temporary passphase was sent to my postal address on 4/1/2007 and on the 20/1/2007 upon my follow up, egold replied that it takes 2 full working weeks for the temporary passphase to reach my postal address and my 2nd email follow up on the 3/2/2007 (almost a month) about why I still have not receive my passphase, till todate 8/2/2007, I still have not receive any reply from egold or my temporary passphase. I have tried to login my egold account using the alternative passphase,yet I cant login my egold account. I hope I will receive reply from egold very soon :-(

It`s not a money problem I have 1 cent and I can log in. I think you should send e-gold administrator e-mail with your problem.

there will be alternate passphrase for e-gold try for that .if it is not possible they will contact u by phone

ofcourse we can, my egold account was empty for a month but now it is full of money. And now again it doomed
