Postponing things

I'm a master procrastinator. i just can't stop myself from postponing my work to the very last minute. It has become a habit to do so. i'm facing many problems due to this like tension, pressure, embarrasment, etc. Can anyone out there help change my attitude n mindset...

Maybe you should make a schedule of all the things you want to do with lists and deadlines. Check off what you need to do each day, and then you wont be stuck with a million things to do at once?
It might save you the migraine if you take a few minutes each day to accomplish something(even a little thing on your list.)
