English is not my mother language, and i began to learn it when I was twelve. Now my present job is mainly done in English. But sometimes I don't think my English is good enough, I have to keep improving it. Would you please suggest some ways to improve my speaking and learning? Some Websites or TV sites will also be OK. Thanks in advance.

you need to read more. Reading improves your language as when you read something written well, it tends to fall over when you speak. Also watch english shows and pay attention to what they speak. Dont view those which are a misture of different languages. You will get confused.

Yes, I usually watch some movies in English, but the dialogue shown below are not in Chinese, I think it is better to be English, although sometimes it maybe difficult to understand the scene, it will be helpful to learn some phrases that are used most in daily life.

I think you write English well enough to be understood. As English is also a second language to me, i try to improve by reading books, newspapers and magazines. i choose an article or a lengthy paragraph and read aloud. it is much easier to read and write English but it would be better if you can hear yourself speak the language.

from the quality of the post i'd say that you are pretty fluent in English. This is better written than most English people can manage. just keep practising is probably the best advice i could give you. I'm sure simply answering discussions on here should help to improve your English
