Palak Paneer? Would love the recipe!

One of my work aquaintances used to bring the best palak Paneer for lunch. She'd share this fabulous dish (which she said had been a family recipe passed down from her great great grandmother who lived in India.)
If you have a family recipe for this (a GOOD one! Not just one out of a cookbook please!) ...Please post.
