I just recently have done my last supper, the ones with the people in full body. It's a meter long and colorful. At lasts it's done, because I'm doing it for almost 3 years already. It's because I'm giving much to it actually. But it's very fulfilling to see it done and very nice to look at.

For me, every crosstitch that I've done were all nice because I chosed the designs that well suited my taste. I like sceneries and flowers...I bought a design with lots of flowers with a good background and a ballerina sitting..I'm planning to give this as a gift to my daughter when she reached her 12th year birthday next year :-)

I've done a lot of angel projects. angel of hope, angel of peace, forest angel, cute cherub but the best I've done so far is the Guardian Angel at 10ct. It's big. I love it for the fact that i started making it when i was pregnant with my eldest son and finished it just about a week before i gave birth to him. someone even offered me 12,000PhP (thats about 240USD) for that but i refused to sell it even if i needed money that time.
Right now I'm trying to finish my last supper. I started it when I got pregnant with my 2nd son but up to now I can't finish it. I finished half of it though (the right half). since i gave birth to my 2nd son i just can't find the energy and time to finish the other half yet.

i don't really call any crosstitch work of mine a masterpiece. but i do have a favorite. it's a mermaid. more than a meter long and half meter wide. i am not sure how long it took me to finish it. i did it 3 years ago. but i love looking at it. it has been on my wall after it had been framed.

I cross stitched a poem my great-grandfather wrote, and then I cross stitched a picture of my great-grandmother under the poem. I made it for my grandfather as both of my great grandparents have passed away and thought it would be a wonderful memory for him. He loved it. It was 3 ft long and 1 ft wide. It took several months to work it. I wish I had a picture of it but I never took one of it. But I found a picture I would love to cross stitch and might one of these days.

I haven't started it yet, but I am going to do one for my husband. It has the different types of the military in it. One of my friends found it on a canadian military magnet site. It looks like it is going to take a long time but it is worth it cause my husband will love it and it is a beautiful picture.

The nicest project I have ever done is one that I designed for my husband and I. It is a type of sampler that includes symbols of the things in which we are interested or symbols of where we come from. ie tulips and wooden shoes as my father is from the Netherlands and wild roses as my husband's father was from Alberta. It took a long time to design and then over a year to stitch. It was so worth it.

hi ricgav! welcome to myLot!
the nicest project I work with it is a video editing of our own video tapes, I really tried to make it a well presented video prepared and edited by me.
It is our precious moments together and I want it to be very special.
Happy posting!
