I teach English second language and use websites to help me with class materials. You can find a lot of material and some free english courses on About.com, search for ESL.

When it comes to learning english its not advisable to go for self development course. Go to some institute where you find similar people which will give you confidence and encouragement. Once you are familiar with the basics go ahead and take some self-development course like book, audio, online lectures etc.

Just go to the library or the book store and they will have audio books there that can help you.

That's cool that you can write in English though. I'd suggest a tutor to learn how to speak it. Or going to an English Class, there are so many out there.
