Anger ... how do you face it?!

a low day comes to 'nothings right' moment, and only then you realize you r jumping on the desk expressing your disagreement. huh! quite scary right?! might happen if you can't control it anymore. anger make you wanna blow you head up. how you face it??

i keep on telling myself "breathe breath.. calm down" but when my boiling point is reached i have the tendecy to throw everything that gets in my way. i release my anger by cursing tremendously. but prayers also help.

When I get really furious about something, I isolate myself to prevent from nagging it all out! I do can control my anger by looking things at the bright side, but when I really get pissed out and fumingly mad, I can't control my "choice of words".

in much anger i just close my eyes,sit back cross legged and relax like Buddha.And take deep breaths.
