You agree change your style 'cuz of job?

Nowadays, many jobs requires that you change your style (your hair, clothes and other stuff) 'cuz it's a "company policy". Do u agree with that?? I think it's a very wrong, 'cuz many jobs refuse me because I have long hair.

I don't see problem, since they not cut my hair... no problems hehehe
