For those of you that stay home all day long with the kids

Do you make sure you have dinner ready on the table when your husband/wife comes home from work? My husband and I just started living together again (he was out of town for 2 years for work), I told him if he calls when he is on the way home, I will start dinner. He loves it and we eat out less. If he doesn't call me then dinner will be late or we are eatting out.

I really make it a point that my list of "to do things" for that day are all done before my husband back from work.
He is out for work for almost 2 months and he spent 1 month vacation and back again for work, I make it a point that I prepare a nutritious meal and a nice clean home when he get back home.

I think that is great. I am getting use to it all over again. I don't mind having food ready for him. I know someone that stays home but doesn't make dinner for her husband. He comes home and does it for her and their 4 kids. He likes to cook.
