Do you think suicide is the best solution?

Nowadays many of us suffered from depression and some of us trigger their selves to suicide. Do you think it is the only way to ease our very complicated problems? or we just simply can't handle a certain problems? Suicide is not the solution of the problems, but it could only create another problems. so I don't think this is the best solution.
