killing hereself is the way to scape problem / myLot

i heard from radio one guy kill hereself to escape from the problem. he do all the way to keep out the problem but instead he go to kill herself..can you give advise to the kind of attitude and being rude to hereself... anybody have idea how to cope up this situation???
