Do you ever get insomnia and who gets it more, men or women?

It seems to me that men suffer from this more. I am always moving next door to men who are up 24 hours a day because you hear their loud mouths. Then sometimes I hear men complain thet they have problems sleeping. I seem to be more of a night person than a day person, because I rather sleep during the day than at night. Maybe it has something to do with your body's time clock.
