Yes, My computer is now SLOW than Before installing Antivirus Software on My PC...I have Pentium4 pc..But it works very Slow because of NORTAN ANTIVIRUS 2006 on my pc.....WHat about your PC with ANTIVIRUS.....

If you install Linux, you won't have to worry about installing AV software. You should try downloading Ubuntu and running it from the CD. If you like it, it is very easy to install.

Also, you can install Windows to a virtual machine with VMWare if you need to run any Windows applications. http://www.ubuntu.com http://www.vmware.com

Anitivirus is too havy.It is used more processor, so PC is slow after the installation fo antivirus software in Computer
