A rich person is better than a poor?

Guys! I have to prepare a topic for someone. The topic is " A rich person is better than a poor person". I dont have any idea what to right. Plz help me prepare this topic. I need your as many ideas as possible. Hope you reply and help me here.

As per me either person is rich or poor doesn't matter...as per particualr nature of person we shud decide who is better.... For me good nature person is best...

in my opinion now a days rich person is better than poor bcoz poor person dont have enough money to secure their future....nature is also as important as any other think....without money poor peoples not able to get good education & better standard of living though.... :)
