hi ratish, valentines day is celebrated in the honour of a saint named valentino. It is a day when we express love for everyone. My father calls me up every valentines day to say that he loves me..So, what r u waiting for go n express ur love nt only to ur girlfriend but also to ur parents, siblings.......

Love should be shown every single day, so I don't understand why there's a designated holiday for it. Just another way for Hallmark to make a quick buck, I suppose.
