Pimples are due to the type of skin that you have. If you have a oily sckin. I suggest that you clean your face with clear water (cold) atleast three to four times a day and wipe (don't scrub) with a clean soft towel. A application of calamine lotion may help. If it a pimple on dry skin better consult a skin specialist.
