I am a big Oprah fan..I love that she uses her fame and fortune to help so many in need. As for her weight...she is following her trainer ( and friend and neighbor)'s diet and exercise program...His name is Bob....??? He has a book out ..I'll look it up and get back to you...mainly it is about eating whole, real foods...not processed things..and a big key according to her is the no eating 2 hours before bedtime...she stops eating anything at 7:30 pm every night...this is supposed to really kick your bodyin to high metobolic gear..and use the fat that is stored... she works out a lot ...but claims the biggest change is the time she eats ( or doesn't)..

I'm definitely a fan of Oprah. I liked her for her work. Her good heart. Her discipline, her perseverance.
She lost weight thru hard work, discipline and help from her trainer, friends, and her very own self.
She followed a strict exercise routine. A strict diet and it took a long time.
She believed that if we truly wanted to loose weight we need to change our lifestyles and our attitude and to not rely on diet fads.
That's what she did. She exercised, ate and still eats healthy and keeps a positive attitude in her life.
It took her years but now she is reaping the rewards. She looks stunning nowadays

I think she lost weight via exercise and diet. I think she's inspirational because of her own life story and the fact she's never forgotten where she came from.
