Is it true that truth is always painful ?
Is lying really very easy compare to saying truth ?

When we make mistake and we have shortcomings its easy to blame others rather than to accept our own mistakes.Just like lies and truth.WE human can easily make a lies but when we need to say it , we can't do it, why cause we are afraid to their reactions and how will they accept our lyies.

Yes, we have fear of failure, we have fear of getting ignored once we say the truth.

Lying is an easy way out for people. People don't want to admit to their mistakes or anything else, so they lie to cover up for something they have done. Truth can sometimes hurt, but mostly I've found, people only lie to cover for themselves no one else.

yes, you are right. However I still believe we must speak truth no matter what is the circumtances.

No,thats not true. We believe in the truth its only because sometimes truth is very hard to speak, we need to tell in such a way that other person understand it in the right way.
