When are the auditions over?

Do we have to endure much more of the down side of the Idol auditions? I for one would love to see more of the "almost made-its'" the ones that they really had to ponder over..I think that would make a better build up...at least a mix of the good, the bad and the ugly!! But, of course, I still watch it all...tonight I found myself wandering away more often...not being so caught up...but again I ask...when do the real competitions begin....anyone?

I can't believe how fast they are going through American Idol this year. In the past they had longer weeks of auditions and they just seem to be making everything shorter. I don't know if they have less air time this year or what. Now they are in Hollywood and the good stuff is happening.

Ilove to watch Idol while I walk on my treadmill...it makes the time fly by..yes,,now we are down to the good stuff and tomorrow night(tonight) it gets even better...down to the top 24 !!! Then I can start picking my favorites!!! Do you have any yet?

Is hard to say now because I dont recall the names. I liked the voice on that blond girl who was there with her mother. She forgot the words and was sent home. What a shame. Oh and that boy Matt, I felt so bad when he says how he and his mom never hug and she never says she loves him. How sad. He too forgot his words too. Well if she didn't tell him she loved him before she sure ain't going to do it now! LOL Can't wait till tonight. You have any favorites yet?

Like you and the rest of the viewing public I haven't really had a chance to pick a favorite...But I was surprised last night that some good talent got cut for forgetting their lines..It is always brutal this first large cut..but there were some that left last night that probably could have made it pretty far based on talent undeveloped..so for them there is always next year I suppose!! Looking forward to the actual competition to start...that's when it really captures my attention!!!
