to be leader is not all about the name it connotes, its more than that. it been found that most leaders indeed follow the people being led. to lead effcectively one basic thing is required, try to understand yourself in all cases. if the big monster of understanding your self is over then every other thing will beging to pick the right place. things like understanding your followers, valuing them and having a goal of adding good values to thier lives.
