DREAMS

I tend to dream about people in intimate situations when that person is having a difficult time in their life.. many of them are of people I wouldn't even think about having that type of relationship with. At first I was worried and upset until I realized the dreams weren't actual but just letting me know that that person was going through a emotionally difficult time. Now every time I dream of a person that I know that contains that type of situation I contact that person and make sure they are ok.. most of the time they are going through a difficult time.. this seems to be especially true when it comes to a ex or someone I have had some sort of bond with in the past or am particularly close to in the present like a really close friend. I don't know if this will help but more then likely the dream is not giving you the actual but trying to tell you something. I recommend you keep a dream journal..if it makes you feel better leave out names or things that if any one was to happen to read it would know who it was about. Keeping a journal helps you see if there is a pattern to your dreams and to learn how to access what they mean.

I think some dreams mean things while others don't really mean a whole lot. I also tend to have dreams about ex's, friends and people that I don't even know...
