Why doesn't Monalisa have eyebrows???

I think she has, I have looked at the painting closely and it does have light suggestion of eyebrows on it. I think its not that clear because probably the lady had light eyebrows or may be painter wanted it to give a more feminine look.

During the Victorian era, women considered it fashionable to shave off their eyebrows and pluck off their eyelashes completely. You'll see a lot of old pictures/portraits of girls without any facial hair if you search on the net for Victorian pictures. Do you know Leonardo Da Vinci was a homosexual and perhaps Mona Lisa is a man.. there are a lot of disputes about that.

LOL..maybe because that is what she really looks like.Maybe in her time make-ups such as eyebrow liner are not available.hehehe

Maybe Da Vinci forgot to paint it? lol
