What is the best way to prevent hair fall?

Dandruff is really a big problem - this is a dry scalp. Dandruff shampoos can actually dry out the scalp even more. Try shampoo wash hair every day and do so vigorously. Make sure to use conditioner.

don't use hair oil regularly.. using too much hair oil causes dandruff problem as oil collects dust in your scalp which causes dandruff.... try this homemade remedy:- ** Mix 1 teaspoons lemon juice with 2 teaspoons vinegar and massage on the scalp. Wash your hair with an egg shampoo. or ** Massage the scalp with almond oil. Dip a towel in boiling water and wrap it around the hair. Repeat it thrice or four times when the towel gets cold.... Drink at least 2 liter water, eat lots of salads,Eat a protein rich diet inluding green leafy vegetables, carrots, mango, dried apricots,whole grain cereals, sprouts, in the daily diet for the hair loss and falling hair....

Not sure what an aurvadic shampoo is and for the life of me cannot understand why you would want to put oil in your hair. Why would you want oily hair that collects dust and dirt? But if you've been doing this for ages and you have dandruff and your hair is falling out then i suggest you stop. Not sure what you have in your country but we have several dandruff treatment shampoos from everyday ones to actual shampoo containg a tar base. See a pharmacist and follow what they recommend. Or ask your doctor to tell you where to go for this advice. Good luck.
