Are you kidding!! It's a vicious cycle. My pants get too tight and I end up craving desserts. Sometimes my appetite goes away, but at other times I eat everything in sight. :(
And yeah, I m a guy.. Not too long ago, I could eat anything I wanted and never gain a pound. How times have changed :(

Its not healthy to be too fat or too thin, but a bit extra weight never hurt, I would far rather look at a fat person than a thin person with their bones sticking out. I've had kids too and had c-section ops to get them out so I ain't never gonna have a svelte tum again, some days I get bummed out about it, other days I don't give a toss :) back in days gone by ladies who were rounder were more desirable then thinnys, may that day come again lol!

Before I had gastric bypass and lost 230 pounds, I was very depressed. I knew that I could not participate in life at the level I wanted to. I could not control my eating. I was locked in a vicious circle and I couldn't get out by myself. I still suffer from bouts of depression, but nothing like the lows that I experienced when I was overweight.

I'm 24, and I have 2 small children. Before I got pregnant with the first one, I was 5'4" and weighed 110 pounds. Now that I have 2 kids.. I'm 5'4", and weigh 135 pounds. It's a little overweight, but I'm hardly 'fat'.. and sure it depresses me sometimes, but I remember that I had kids, and when I was pregnant, I ate like a pig. I also remember that my body is not going to look the same again, and there's nothing I can do about it. But it doesn't rule my life or anything. Sure, I wish I could lose this extra weight, but I'm not going to cry about it.
