Do u say "NO" to any body?

i say no to the person whom i don't consider to be worth of saying yes. i have to take decision sometimes as i m a student and i m asked for many things in my friend circle and i have to refuse sometimes. not always but if there is more problem. i was not able to say no to anyone in the past but i m able to do so now.
