do you love horses

I love horses they seem so magical and not to mention their beauty and gracefullness! I wrote a poem a while back about my love of horses and here it is! Keep in mind i have rode horses alot but i have never actually owned one it is just a poem from my imagination! My Horse and Me!! They run like the wind, through the fields of gold, Her shiny mane, flying so bold, The rush of the ride, the feeling of glee, On top of the world is where we be, Her hooves send an echo from the grass below, The thunder beneath , can you hear its roar, I look up to see, the end of the line, Where this will end and our glory shall be, I can see it, we're there and once again, She's won for me, she glows, she's proud, As she should be, victoriously triumphant, Is what she teaches me to be. I grew up around horses, so even now, that we don't have them anymore, I'm still attached to them. As you can see by my avatar. Horses represent so many things: strength, agility, loyalty, freedom, speed, etc. I think they catch our imaginations and attention. But there are a few people I know that are also afraid of them.

I know how scary horses can seem to some people -- I have a horse, and he can be aggressive and itimidating, especially because he's really big. I absolutely love him though, and although it has taken time, we get along great.
