Putin's visit to India can consolidate bilateral trade?

Putin's is having his last visit to India as a president. He is here for consolidating bilateral trade between India and Russia. Russia and India wants to develop futuristic machinery and missiles.
Is all these an abortive attempt or they will be succede in doing all these.
