Tata outbids CSN for Corus

Tata steel outbid CSN to takeover Corus in the auction process early today. The final bid price of 608 pence per share is 5 pence more than the CSN offer. This deal moves Tata Steel from 56th position to World Number 5. The Tatas are one of the most respected business houses and are wdiely believed to take care of the interests of all the stakeholders, including the employees. Does this deal mark the beginning of an emerging India Inc, which is ready to takeover the big brothers of the world market? What is your take on this?
