ban smoking from public places?

we all know smoking do hurt to our health.but should the goverment ban smoing from public places? somebody says the ban would improve public health and possibly even encourage smokers to qiut.someone says a smoking ban violates the rights of smokers and causes more problems than it solves. what is your opion?

it may violate the rights of smokers, but what about the rest of us who have had to put up with smokers polluting our air? I think its right that smoking should be banned in public places, if people want to kill themselves through smoking they should do it in their own houses and not where it affects me too. I don't think it will be too long before most of the world bans smoking in public places. We are banning it in England later this year and i think much of the rest of europe is close behind

in britain,members of parliament are expected to vote shortly on whether to impose a ban on smoking in public places in England and how far that ban should go. TO ban smoking indoor public places,including restaurants and other places of entertainment.

I think smoking in public can be ban. It is the bad for your health,and bad for other people.because them smoke the second cigreate. Do other one agree with me?
