Do you consider having someone with down syndrome in the family lucky?

I think God gives special children to special families. I think they were chosen because they are able to cope with it. Some people are not and Down's children are beautiful and sweet always.

Hm i don't know is it God works or not but I do believe that havin DS in family is both lucky n hard. Lucky coz somehow it brings your family to unite, hard... thinking why or what should to do with this child. cos we no longer prepare the future. I have 1 sister with DS n my mother seems struggle with her. Well everyone has their own problems n sure..... this is another problem too, but my family get use to now we sometimes having fun together. Yes they are beautiful and sweet always... but then They're human too that sometimes we can't understand.

I do think god doesn't choose like that but yes downsyndrome babies are cute and lovely. They are very beautiful to look at. I have worked with them and I think none in this world can give love with so much honesty and love as downsyndrome babies. My kids (kids I taught) used to rush to me with miss this and miss that as soon as school commenced and they never wanted to leave me after the school. Now I am not working but I can never forget their always smiling eyes. They have most expressive eyes I have ever seen.
