What kind of birds are the carrier of this virus? How it will transmit to human?

Birds coming from dirty water places may be caught by flue virus. I think artificially made bird i.e. poultry bird grow in a farm like chicken, duck mostly and easily attack by this virus and by eating infected checken or duck or its egg human is suffer from bird flue.

Is there any vaccination for that virus? Or any medication to cure them. I think that is a big problem must be addressed.
