Want to Learn English?

I am an English teacher. And English teaching online seems a very good business nowadays. I am contemplating on putting up one but do not know the basics and the essentials. Is there someone here who is into the same business? Can you give me some ideas/advice?

Do you know en101? Can learn English, Chinese, Spanish.... on the net. must pay by enroll once for one year. And you also can introduce someone to enroll for earning bonus. If your are interested in doing this learning business on web, please let me know for offering the web address.
