Well, this is my problem. I always can't concentrate to my study, although I always try to focus, there's always something that makes my concentration gone. Am I sick or something?
I'm bad in histories, and almost get all my marks bad. And now it turns worse. Do you have any advice or tricks to help me?

I also have problem concentrating during my year in my Uni days. It is important to have a good study place and it must be comfortable but not too comfortable. You probably know this but it is best if your study place clean and quiet beside comfortable. It is a common mistake to study at your own bedroom, if you lose concentration it is common for human to think that he or she is tired and if you go to bed you have accomplished nothing.
The best place would be library and if you want to study at home then dinner table would be the best choice. You need to choose a place that far away from bed, TV, computer, laptop, radio or anything that you think can distract you from study. I personally cannot study if a computer next to be and I probably distracted to play computer games or "mylot". I not sure how you feel about mylot but I find it very addictive and luckily I already finish studying.
I do have few tips that "may" helps improve your concentration. There are someone tell me this before ( I don't remember who his was) , if you studying it is best if you keep the books or notes that you are not using out of your sight. probably best if you keep it behind your chair, This way you are not being bother with those extra notes or books that you are not using at the moment. If you keep all of the notes in front of you , you might get discourage thinking that there are so much to study.
The study time also important. if you think that you easily distracted or lost concentration then set your study time short. Set your study session 20 minute and take a short break 5-10 minute will be more than enough. When you take a short break do some stretching and drink water.
Stretching and drinking water is important during the short break because it help keep you fresh and water can actually increase the oxygen level in your brain.
There are a quite popular technique call "self rules" ( from anime call naruto ). say if you are doing math problem and you at the point of frustration, you can give your self rules such as another five more question before you take a rest.
Divide and conquer technique, you divide the subject in to section by section and study one at a time. Allocate every section a study session ( the 20 minute that you set earlier). you can set the study session longer if you think that your concentration level is higher than that.
Scan trough the whole article or paragraph before you start studying, this way you will know what to expect. After you scan trough, close one section with your hand and try to remember bit by bit. if you forget then start again in the beginning of the section and this way you can study over and over for the first half of the article until you can remember the whole article. When you finish memorize the article ask your self and review the key point after study.
Sleep after studying, I heard it from my primary teacher that if you sleep after studying you can remember 80% of what you study last night. I am not sure how true this is but you can give it a try.
Steroid help athlete to perform better and in this case vitamin B and ginkgo biloba can help you study better. You won't be so tired after consume vitamin B and ginkgo biloba can help improve and enhance memory. ( ginkgo biloba is proven herb and can be purchased in local pharmacy ). All this is my experience as a student and I hope that it can help you in some ways. All the best and good luck on exam.

It's only you who can solve that problem. I have had the same dilemma but in the end I realized it's just me who didn't want to concentrate. Look for a comfortable place conducive for study. I find it a good time to study early in the morning when everybody is still asleep. Go to bed early and get up early.
