ladies clothing sourcing

I am an importer of ladies clothing mainly out of Bangkok and Hong Kong. Any advise of other countries where I can buy garments of good quality and style and fashion?

if you are just a fashionista of yourself then maybe it would be best if you can capital on your own shop & make your own dresses or any accessories. design it yourself & get people to help you make the products.
