What should be done to win in a group discussion???

I am personally good in group discussions as I provide supporting information in my favor to establish my stand. But I've seen I have to shout a lot to say that. It really makes me tired after the discussion is over. So, is their any alternative that I may try instead of shouting to establish my points?

and you should have good command over the topic of discussinn ................ you should have dominating personality and tactful reason ability.......
