Everyone does not get the same effects from weather. Which bones and joints does it affect? You should see a doctor for this. If you want to try something at home, this is my reccomendation. Get a can of WD-40 and spray the joints that hurt. If this helps, you PROBABLY have arthritis. I would suggest that you get a doctor's opinion, anyway. The only drawback to using the WD-40 that I am aware of is that with continued use your food will taste like it has garlic in it. Good luck.

did i ready you correct wd-40 what does this do for you. it is my back knees and arms hands that hurt in this kind of weather. I can bearely move sometimes

I don't know WHY IT WORKS, but it seems to. I think it is because of the fish oil it contains. What do you have to lose? A couple of dollars, maybe? And you still have a can of it for other uses.

No the rain and snow doesn't affect everyone this way. It could be arthritus or something like Lupus. I have Lupus and have that problem with it. You really need to see a doctor and find out what is wrong.
