I created a dude The Raw Food Guy so I could learn more about eating un cooked food.
I have always been healthy and I eat a un-cooked and cooked food.
Raw foodists say no cooked food.
BS Not very many of them look healthy?Sure some cooked food is crap some raw food will kill you also!

uncooked food has all kinds of stuff in it thats not good for you unless you cook it out i think eating raw food is disgusting i cant even eat a hamburger if it has pink in the middle i guess it just all depends on the person

Well mainly raw food people dont eat animals raw ;-) In hawaii we ate some fish raw
