24/7 for an org is merit or demerit?

I feel 24/7 is merit for an organisation. Because the employee of an organisation can come any time to work rather than the official time. By this way its useful for company and the employee. Employee learn more by utilizing time and be in perfection in all his works. Lets share your ideas

id love it if i could go to work at anytime. many times i have to reschedule so many things because of my office timings and then there are places ive been trying to go since the past four months because they have the same timings as me so if i could go to work at my own time then it would cut down the times i have to take a few hours off work to get my other stuff done
