Anyone catch this week's episode? Weevil looks great! Francis Capra must be recovered from his knee injury, which is great news. You can really tell there is a noticeable shift away from concentrating on the main whodunit and using a more stand alone formula for the show. Veronica is not her usual obsessive self regarding the Dean's murder. And the return of Madison Sinclair; she is so obnoxious and nasty, I'm more disappointed in Logan for hooking up with her than the trashy chick on the beach. I also noticed that Wallace has been rather conspicuously absent for the last two episodes, wonder what's up with that?
You can tell someone on the writing staff must be a big Battlestar Galactica fan, lol. I want a shirt that says, "So Say We All" too!

Maybe it's just me, but I felt like this week was "watch Veronica be witty and snarky to disquise the lack of actual plot" week.
I'm getting really, really tired of watching her walk around and say cute, witty things, reveal her omgboringalready insecurity about Logan, and then have yet another angsty revelation about said insecurity with Logan.
This formula is already tired and there's no way it's going to make the show a success through the end of the season.

I've been hearing this as well. With the first season I didn't discover the series until the end of the season. I watched, off and on, the second season. And, since finding out that logan and V are still together, I haven't watched any yet this season. I'll wait until it comes out on DVD. It looks as if none of the seasons can compare to the first.

I also missed Wallace. I miss the good old days when he was in every episode!

I thought it was good last night, I was disappointed that the girl left at the end. Especially after she had surprised Veronica by being there outside the door after Max paid the money.
I want Veronica and Logan to stay together. She should forgive him. But he should have been honest too when she asked.
I just finished the first season and liked the format better. I like the big mystery throughout with weekly mysteries thrown in. I hope they go back to that style.
I just started season 2 and can't wait to find out where Duncan went!

I caught it last night. It seems like Logan can just not keep his pants on for some reason.

I was noticing Wallace's absence too. That is so strange, I mean in the first season Veronica and Wallace were together for 90% of the whole time of each episode. Is that possible, something has happened to him?
