North American Union-----"What are your thoughts"?

The US government is planning on providing full Social security Benefits to Mexicans, and a report by the Coucil on Foreign Relations has called for a massive transfer of wealth to Mexico,and the formation of security perimeter around North America,rather than securing America Borders with Mexico and Canada.Are you for it,or against it?
